I am writing in regards to my spouse and i am looking for HELP. Thismatter is so messed up that it makes me mad each time I think about it. ADL Staffing company is located in Palm Beach, Florida. The workinvoice was emailed to ADL on the 18th of June (end of the pay week). He received a voice message from Mr. John Rushlow stating that thecontract has ended. His contact ended on June 21. He has spokento Patrick Harris on the 9th of July inquiring about the pay and whenwill it be mailed (pay date was June 25. Not to mention ADL has notlived up to their pay date schedule since he has worked for them) Mr. Harris stated that the check has been mailed and if his does notreceive it then give him a call, He called and received no answer. 10days has pasted and still no check. Once again he calls Mr. Harris withme on the phone. Mr. Harris told him that the check was FedEx. So heasks him for the tracking number, Mr. Harris fiddled through somepapers and said "Oh, its here. I was returned. But, anyway. We can'tsend you anything until we get paid and the contact states it" Thecontact was read over and it does not state that the employee have towait until they get paid. It states that the employee will get paidwith in 30 days of the invoice date. It has been a month and he has notbeen paid for the services provided to ADL Staffing. ADL owes him amonth's pay.

Founda link that this company has been doing this for some time. They shouldnot get away from this. Its not fair to the people who do the work.
