Ripoff took $ and did nothing Now I need executive contact info

My mom (she's 88) went to JK Harris for help, paid them $4,000 and they did NOTHING. We've been trying to find Harris himself but it's been impossible. We want to sue him but even though it's very hard to find (for us at least) the company has an address so we can't serve them with papers through the Secretary of State. Does anyone know the street address, phone # and location of mr. Harris himself?
