Is very reluctant to honor their return policies

Dell Canada is very reluctant to honor any of my returns even though i have to the best of my knowledge met all of there standards.

I have been given a royal runaround and almost no customer support.

Every department is very happy to pass you off to the next one, with nothing resolved

A tele-marketer spends less time on the phone than i did today!
