Need contract - Comcast Triple Play

Heres the deal ive had comcast 4 a while. They r clueless. My bill is never the same twice. I just signed uo 4 the triple play. It was for 12 months two days ago i get a bill for almost 400.00 they say my promotion expired. I said i just got it. Nothing resolved. Since they say they have nothing with my agrreement (no papertrail with me agreeing to anything) im not paying it. I honestly think u cant go with 1 carrier. Id say im gonna go 4 a internet carrier, and a seperate cable co. They all get bad reviews 4 one reason or another so im starting to give up. My next step is getting an antenna and saying the hell with cable
