Dnbuy.com DNbuy literally lost domain records, no phone, unbelievably poor service

About 10 years ago I purchased my first domain from DNbuy.com - now they promote themselves using the domain DNBuy.net and the difference to me (if there is any substantive difference) is unclear - obviously, it's the same outfit. Subsequent to that first purchase I began doing web design and hosting as a major part of my small income. I cannot express the regret I have over ever having had the misfortune of dealing with these people. For one thing, you don't really deal with them. They have no telephone and very, very infrequently respond to emails or support tickets. On the rare occasion that they do respond it is literally 3 to 5 weeks after you submit a ticket or email.in this day and age that sounds unbelievable but I promise: do not buy anything from these people and have a question. They will ignore you completely. If you surf the net there are dozens of pages on which people are desperately trying to reach these folks for domain transfers, etc. And they simply do not respond. On one occasion they completely lost any record of my having purchased two domains from them. They simply told me that they had no record of the registrations! It was both maddening and unbelievable. Their entire approach to their business redefines the concept of negligence and borders on the criminal. You get the ffeeling that this is being run by a couple of teenagers, with a couple of computers, in a basement.

Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these lunatics.
