S-Search Grants Group Sent me an Unrequested CD and Charged my Bank Account $69.95 WITHOUT my Knowledge or Permission

July 6 I received a manilla envelope from USPS (return address: FD Shipping Co. 12625 Frederick St. I-5#363, Moreno Valley, CA 92553) which required a signature.
I did not order this package which contained a CD titled, "Benefits Services Funding Directory". I contacted my bank and sure enough, $69.95 had been withdrawn from my bank account (via my Mastercard debit card number) on June 23. I'm ticked off!
I have no idea how this "company" got access to my card number and bank account. I have filed a report with the bank and they will do their own investigation.
What I don't get is, why did they bother sending me a CD which alerted me to the fraudulent charges. They spent $3.17 to mail it.
