I ordered an access CD to free federal grants in the US, which was on special for free. The regular price was $39.80. I payed for it on credit card and immediately cancelled. I cancelled because after ordering there was a note stating a deduction of $39.80 will be automatically withdrawn monthly—this was not apparent anywhere. I called the listed number (951-485-6288) only to get a recording, so I cancelled online and received confirmation. I have the CD only to find out it is BLANK!
