They refused to give me a total refund of the membership fee, which I didn't realize existed

At 2:00AM I was unable to sleep, so I checked my email, and opened on that suggested I check out an auction site... BidHustle.com. I have used eBay, and thought this might be interesting. I signed up for the site, thinking that, when I could afford it, I might want to bid on something.

Ten or so hours after this, I checked my bank account and found that BidHustle had deducted $150.00 from my account, which I didnot realize was to be charged to have an account with them. I did scroll through their Terms and Conditions, and didn't see any $150.00 charge before I signed up.

I contacted them to cancel the account, as I never would have signed up had I known about the charge. They would close the account, but only refund $75.00. I never used the account, and it was not open for a full day.

I explained that I am on disability, and could not afford even the $75.00. I could understand a fee of say $20.00 for their trouble... Hitting a few buttons to transfer the money, and answering the phone.

They were still adament in only refunding the $75.00.
