Miscellaneous

I signed up for this site and actually read the terms and conditions. Here is a quote from the terms and conditions about their membership, "Deal Time membership grants you the user 30 days of unlimited 24/7 access to DealDay.com." It then tells you that if you do not cancel, it will charge you month to month, but no where does it tell you how much a membership costs. This misled me to believe that I was getting 30 days free, and if I failed to cancel after that, I would be charged.

Once I signed up, it said I had to verify my account by clicking on a link they had emailed me or else I wouldn't have access to the site. I then decided to cancel my account before verifying via email.

Then, I checked my bank account just to make sure I had no charges, and saw that they had immediately charged my account $29.99.

I called the company to complain, and they told me that I could not get my money back. After complaining some more, they said they would refund $15. I wasn't happy, but at least it was something! I kept checking my account, but I was never given any sort of refund!
