I cancelled my aol 6 months ago. They still are billing me. Also i have called repeatedly to tell them i have cancelled. I even had to go as far as cancelling my credit card because they continue to charge my account and now they are stating that they can not continue billing me because of the cancelled credit card and are threatening to turn me over to collections. What is it with this company.

Do they have a bunch of idiots running this place. I called again today and they had the gull to ask me the last four digits of the credit card that i had cancelled to cancel it again. I do not think i should have to give it to them again. I have cancelled and they refuse and continue to try and sell me more information how stupid are these people. What is wrong with the program here. What can be done about this. You can not email they refuse to have an email address in which you can email. I have sent hand written notices also. Has anyone had any sucess in handling them.
