Vendio signed me up for a 60-day free trial of some "research service." They claim I signed up, but I didn't, and they have no evidence that I did. I don't even know what the "research service" is— I asked them, and they ignored my question. After the 60 days was up, they began automatically charging my credit card $14.95 per month, and I didn't notice for about six months. I have never used whatever this service is, and they refuse to refund the money they have taken from my credit card account.
