Vendio Corp. Fraudulent Billing Practices Breach of Privacy Sharing Personal Information Unauthorized Transactions

Below is the email I sent to Marcus Terry the Billing Supervisor for Vendio. I hope to get this cleared up. I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar problem with this company and I would really like to know how they got my bank acct information.

Mr. Terry,
I found out just today that your company, Vendio, has been taking $5.00 out of one of my bank accounts since Oct. 2004. I not sure how you got my account information since I have never used your products or services. I am requesting all of my account information including the terms and conditions of this specific order. I have spent sometime researching your company and cannot find a product or service that is even available for $5.00 per month, however, I did find some $4.95 options. I would like to know what product or service I was purchasing for exactly $5.00 a month please include a product name or item number (s) for this item (s). Most importantly, I would like to know exactly how you obtained my bank account information and of course, I would like the money refunded.
