Harassing calls, threatening operato

I get repeated calls from them to collect on a debt from a company called Vendio. I have called Vendio to have it stopped and they tell me they will, but it doesn't happen. I called Capital Management in the past to explain this but they will not contact Vendio.
The last time I talked to them the operator bullied and threatened me and then hung up. I have reported them to the BBB as well.
