Ordered a power supply... Got the wrong one... Have not heard from company

We ordered a power supply for our computer. We got the email from Steve Pittman:

The box came the next day and I paid the post man. We went to install the product and it is the wrong one. We have sent 3 emails to "Steve" and have yet to hear from him. I went online to find a phone number and found these rip off reports instead.
