Ripoff, wrong part sent, no response at all

I ordered a Compaq power supply and recieved one that is a different size, different mtg screw pattern and it does not work. I tried to reach them via the online order screen, but no response. It is not the money (about $30) that makes me angry, but the idea that they have scammed other people also and the total of all our monies can add up to a large amount. Lets stop them now!!!
