I ordered a (SEAGATE 20.4 GB EIDE HDD Model ST320423A) drive listed on the site priced at $20.00. I received an email from Marc Wagner confirming my order.

Upon receipt of the order I found the drive was an ExcellStor 19.9 gig. After attempting to initialize and format the drive I found the allocation table coule not be initialized and the drive failed a format. I sent a reply regarding the problem and I have not heard back from Marc or anyone else from the company..
There is a 7 day grace period, but I am unable to get a phone number or receipt of my email.
