Ripoff! Stole my money and did not want to refund! Did not even ship the item!

I was expecting twins. On 03/15 I placed an order for aBaby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller for my twins that I was expecting within2 weeks.
Right when I placed the order I got an email confirmationstating everything is in stock and it will ship on 03/26. Once the dayarrived they said it has been shipped and they are locating a tracking numberfor me. A week later they email me and schedule a different ship date. This hashappened to me four times and counting. They do not return phone calls and are very mean andunfriendly. Now I have a set of beautiful twins with no way of takingthem around. My new scheduled ship date is now 07/17! I have contactedthem numerous times to just cancel the order and refund my money but theyrefuse to do so. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company as well asfiling a claim in small claims court. I cannot wait to sue them. Stay away from these thieves.
