Misrepresented ad. Said cost was $2.95 but charged me $139.00. Said fee was writting in disclosure

This ad was represented as purchasing information on how to make money at home using the internet. The cost was $2.95.

I started receiving calls from a 'private number' every day from the day I signed up for this.

I do not typically answer private number calls, so I avoided them for at least four to five days, in which I finally answered the call.

The person on the line asked me how I was liking the information I purchased. I was very surprised and asked what she was referring too.

I was then informed I had given them permission to charge my credit card $139.00 for this information. I was livid and told them to cancel it IMMEDIATELY and I wanted a full refund.

They were very snotty, and said I would not be getting a refund but they would make an acception this time to give me half of my money back and that was it.

I took this offer because Matthew, that I was speaking with made it sound as if I didn't accept this offer, I would receive nothing. I asked several times to speak with someone above him. Anyone, his boss, their boss, and he said he would not let me speak with anyone else and the decision was made.

He left me absolutely no choice what so ever and said I should have read the terms and conditions better because they are noted their.

This is the biggest rip off scheme I have ever gotten involved with. We need to find these people and stop this illegal representation, and fraud.
