Poor Customer Service

Don't purchase online out of this store. I requested a $199 bicycle connection for my 4-year old child. Although REI delivered in a regular way, for many unfamiliar and unreasonable cause, they directed advantages to just provide it personally in my experience. I kept signing the launch types but due to REI’s directions, advantages wouldn't abandon it at my doorway as required about the discharge form. I particularly requested this product on line to conserve myself period and stress of operating 2 hours towards the nearest REI store. As a result of this snafu, it got over per week for advantages to re route bundle this to my workplace since I have couldn't be-at house awaiting them to exhibit up throughout the work-week to get it. I'll never purchase from REI again. Nowhere on the internet site or purchase type did REI show they might deliver with one of these limitations. It was a silly limitation to put about the cargo particularly a cargo delivered to a residential address. Additionally, it had been especially annoying that I had been prepared to take liability for advantages to depart the bundle but REI required otherwise. I discover REI totally to blame for this disaster. If you like the ease of purchasing product online, avoid e-commerce. They're a laugh!
