Elmit.com Ronald agreed to complete our internet sites in three months. More than $12,000 and fourteen months later he still had not completed the sites. He claimed he had to write CSS for typo-3 templates

We hired Ronald Wiplinger of elmit.com to design two websites for us: one at pb5online.com and the other at pb5edu.com. He agreed to set them up in three months. We continued with him for 14 months and paid 30,000NTC per month for his services. For two months he collected wages but showed up and managed only his personal business. You take a look a pb5online and decide if it was worth 6,000 USD. When we told him to leave he billed us for another month for which he did nothing on the site.

He has taken ownership of our domains and refused to give them back. When we pursued getting our sites back, he wrote us that he would charge 3,000 NTD per hour for the work to return them. When he finally agreed to return them, he did not unlock the domains. I had to tell him how to unlock the domains.

When we ordered the transfer, wildwestdomains rejected the transfer. I fear our hands are tied and we have lost our domains because of Ronald Wiplingers business practices.
