Last Oct - 2009 - bought 3 containers of the item. They've an assurance they'll return your cash or even happy and item is delivered. Item was delivered inside a week, unopened. Up to now (May), no reimbursement. They took over $180.00 from me. Recurring efforts to make contact with were in vain. Phone communications unanswered. A criticism towards the Better Company went unanswered. Grievances to PayPal, where the deal happened, were dumped. E-mails were overlooked - however a demand y or refund via the PayPal software was responded within 12 hours - having a total denial and refusal to reimbursement. No description.

Interesting thing is, easily had informed them I never rec'd the merchandise, I'd have gotten a return. But I can not be fraudulent. I did so obtain it and that I did return it.
