They charged me for a subscription that i never ordered!

I just got my at&t phone bill, and i notice a charge that i didn't recognized. Well it turn out to be a monthly subscription charge from well look for yourself.

So naturally i called them, and they said that there's nothing i can but pay this time. And cancel the subscription, so that i don't receive any more charges. And that if i wasen't the one that ordered this service i should go to the police, and make a fraud report so they can investigate. But to me it's clear that they are the only ones doing the fraud, because someone gave them my ss# and that it came from my ip address, so it had to be me. They even told me the kind of songs, i was supposedly had downloaded, which were raps songs. And believe me when i tell you i don't listen to that kind of music. So they get away with it, because 9 times out 10 nobody's, going to file a police report, and all it takes for an investigation just for 19.95 so i just wanted to let people know., about this company, and how they ripped me off.
