McAfee Viruscan Online
Refused to release product after taking payment

McAfee offers several means of payment for their product, then puts up barriers to purchasing their product without a credit card. Poorer computer users do not have credit cards. McAfee will take their other payment method, but stall several months in providing the product.

I sent them my check in June. The check cleared my bank on July 29. As of today, October 20, I have not received the product McAfee Viruscan Online. McAfee customer support claims I have not paid, and since payment was not made with a credit card number, they refuse to look further into the matter.
