Ordered DVD's on line to find out the 7 day waiting "free" membership would run out prior to me getting my DVD. So the next morning called and cancelled the membership and DVD's. I was told this was all done 4/20 via email. Then 4/21 I got notification the order had shipped so I called the company back. The person said they saw it shipped but she checked and it had not that everything was cancelled. Well I got the shipment and charges on my credit card. I called and they said I could send it back but would have to pay for shipping. Spoke up to the top and they pretty well said oh well the person you talked to didn't know what she was doing to bad for you if you want your money back you have to return the DVD's and pay for shipping. Very poor customer service.
