Bought shoes but they were never delievered

My son bought a pair of dc shoes online from this company and my bank staement shows that the money was taken out of my account on April 4 and here it is a month later and our order shows the shoes are still pending.in other words they haven't shipped them out nor have they responded to our emails inquireing about our order. They did email me back after my first attempt at contacting them and after that have not responed back to us at all, that is how I got a name and an email address on them. Ihave emailed them a total of 3 times and my son has emailed them once. We just want what we paid for and what they have already received money for.
