Marty Stuart ripped us off with $15675 worth Virtual Assistant works before 3 years and still didnt make payments

Hello there, I am handling a team of Virtual assistants from Sri Lanka. We have provided our service to Marty Stuart 3 and half years back. And we finally stopped working for him since he owed us $15,675. During the past, he had laid out many payment plans and sweetening stories, but nothing worked out. Now for over 1 year, he says his business is unstable and he can not pay now and wanted us to wait longer until his business stabled (we never know when).
