CSN Stores aka Luggage.com
Won't give me money back - and I haven't even made a purchase!

Jan of I came across a product of curiosity on Luggage.com - also called CSN shops (it had been some Tignanello baggage that arrived 2 yrs ago). I've a corresponding carrier and was interestd in getting the baggage - and so I put the purchase, quickly compensated and anxiously anticipated the appearance of my cargo. Once they debited by consideration (and waited per week to inform me) - they delivered me an email showing the producer no further created stated product. I named them by telephone, requested to get a reimbursement, and recommended they consider the data from their site if it surely was not available.

Fast-forward to 1 month before early-March, I realized that same product that I had been interesed in (Tignanello baggage) was outlined on ebay. I "viewed" the full time for 2 months, observed it never offered and was immediatley relisted, and so I was particular it should be available. I find the "purchase today" choice, instantly taken care of the item through paypall (per their website suggestion) - and again anticipated verification of the cargo of my product. The cargo never arrived, or did my reimbursement - but I again obtained the conventional email from CSN Stores (aka Luggage.com) showing that "the maker no further creates this product." I really couldnot access it that telephone quickly enough to question them why these were wrongly marketing - and requested once they will be refunding my income. I have talked with 5 various reps in as numerous times, and maintain receiving reasons but no reimbursement! They wont actually set me to a supervisor! That is scam and I'm so ticked down! I am likely to contact the BBB - and I'd like to alert everybody about CSN shops - Luggage.com... Buyers beware! Bad support, and scam!
