Celebwhiteteethshop.com charged without authorization, lied about refund, poor offshort indian customer service

This "company" is a clear ripoff scam. They created a landing page to promote their product. The terms and conditions link was located in fine print at the bottom of the page and you had to click on it to be able to read 8pt scrolling font describing their membership conditions.
Once i realized they charged my account an additional $98, I immediately called their terrible customer service. The center is Indian based and are very difficult to understand. The first representative "authorized" an exception and refund once my husband bend his ear and threatened a legal suite since their site is clearly misleading and illegal! He said 3-5 days for the refund to clear.
Well, now its 10 days later and I called again today. Talked to another Indian rep and she informs me that the confirmation number given to us was for cancellation, not a refund. They lied again. I demanded to speak with an Administrator. I expained the entire situation and again threatened immediate legal action and that their rep lied.
This supervisor would not authorize the refund and kept reading her pathetic script. I'm now disputing the charge and starting legal procedures. DO NOT PURCHASE this rip-off product.
