I ordered product on 3.7.2013 based on a facebook link talking about a teacher using 2 products to whiten her teeth: KnockoutWhite and SparkWhitening, for FREE! I checked it out, saw that each product would cost me $1.03, so, close to free. That charge came out right away. Then I was charged $3.87; I let that slide as well. Today I check my banking statement and there's a charge for $94.31!!! And I still do not have the product. I called customer service and got the same response; no refund will be issued, you didn't cancel the free trial in time. Then more statements regarding that I accepted the terms and conditions. There was no time frame on the site documentation. I tried to access terms and conditions on their site: I click and get no access. I then checked out their return policy. It states I can get a refund if I send my product back. Well, I never got my product, so I better get my refund. We verified my address each of the 4 times I called and on the third time I found out it was undeliverable and I gave the incorrect address. That is impossible because we verified each and every time. They have also confirmed that the product is back in their warehouse. So, where's my refund? I've asked to speak with a supervisor several times; I'm waiting for a call back. Ha. What a fraudulent company. I want my refund.
