KODAK AIO is a piece of junk

I ordered a KODAK ESP 5 AIO. Like an idiot, I believed the ads. I had a perfectly good EPSON that worked great first time every time, but I wanted something for (as KODAK claimed) better pictures.
I received the printer, tried to install it, and kept getting the same message "KODAK AIO Home Center has stopped working." I called the help line, and I began my seemingly never-ending journey all over India. I talked to four different people the first time (as they told me from lower echelon to higher management). They finally determined that something was mechanically wrong with my printer and they would send me another one.
I received the new printer, with the same results. I called again. I have no landline phone, so I was on my cellphone. I used up 500 of my 700 allotted monthly minutes because they wanted me to stay on the phone with them, plus I burnt up 3 gigs of my 5 gig Internet allowance.
Finally I was able to talk to someone at KODAK headquarters in Rochester, NY. After about 4 days of allowing these people to have control of my computer, someone finally got it to where it would not show the error message.
I received a update message on my computer yesterday (April Fools' Day). So like an idiot, I downloaded the update and tried to install it. Guess what? I'm back where I started.
Not only do I think this is a piece of junk, you have to clean the printheads and align them after 2 uses, or your third photo will come out red. Also when the printer is running, it sounds like a '49 Ford with a busted muffler— I have never heard such noise. I gave my son my EPSON because I thought I had a top-of-the-line printer, so since I'm not the kind to ask for something back, I guess I'll have to dig down in my pockets and purchase something that doesn't have the KODAK name on it. What do I think of KODAK's All-In-One?! Since I believe that not only children but adults will read this, I won't put the words in print. I will leave that task to the individual.
