Dan accuses me of fraud, demands sensitive info such as photo ID to verify

The owner of PaidTheFastest has accused me of cheating because I use the same ISP and live in close range to a friend who also uses the site; he's banned both of us since Wednesday. This all started with a support ticket asking if I was going to be paid soon, as it had been 3 days and the site promises daily cashouts. Hooray, I'm banned hours later. To prove myself, I was asked to provide a photo ID which I am not comfortable at all at sharing on the internet, so I asked if there was another way to verify myself. Not only does he ignore my question but he makes me seem as if I'm guilty until proven innocent. When I reply that I would rather go to another GPT site that doesn't use such questionable tactics, he replies "That is fine I don't like dealing with members who are tying to fraud my sites". So I'm now declared a confirmed cheater because some guy said so on the internet with no evidence except that my friend and I both have Verizon internet, never mind that I have DSL and he has FiOS.

Right now I'm not really concerned about the money I requested, I just want to warn everyone that the owner has such an overzealous fraud policy that he bans on the first sight of a similar IP address. And also that he does not pay daily like he promises on the website.
