Bell laser is fraud company and the owner is cheater. The company doesn't present in china, only company address is registered in usa. He didn't pay my dues and he doesn't deliver the product only takes money from you. Please don't ever deal with this company. He is in china and it is very difficult to contact with him, he wont reply your eamils and phone calls after getting the money. His phone numbers are only voice mails. Never deal with this company. He is changing the company name several times, previously he was selling the products on www.worldlasers.com now he is doing on www.bell-laser.com. The products display on website are only pictures. He will take from you hald advance through paypal/or citibank account won't deliver the product and it is very difficult to search him through internet and he is very exoert in cheating and doing fraud with people. He knows sign industry people are not technical savvy so can do fraud with them
