Software would not install properly was supposed to transfer my music from my iphone to my itunes could not get it to work tried contacting the support site never received even one email to help me after I could not get any response from the support site sent several emails and called them, the call went straight to voicemail and was never returned. Requested a refund several times (web site guarantees your money back within 30 days) NONE WAS GIVEN no response to any email.
Total rip off stay clear of these crooks.
