Possible scam

I'd prefer to understand if anyone has information on this application that's possible fraud. It arrived on my pc and secured me out till i purchased the download declaring that it'd guard my pc from viruses. What I acquired was a cost of 69.95 and my pc now's in fix that'll charge me much more. Has anyone got there money-back from these folks or am I simply out-of luck.-any data please contact me at cmorrisnurse@yahoo.com.
