Ripoff Fraudulent 900 charges no information provied when requested Secaucus

Earlier this year after returning home from a long vacation I found I had two 900 charges on my computer machine. I immediately called the phone company who referred me to Avyon.

I explained the situation and faxed proof of my vacation to an individual. They said they would reverse the charges.

Low and behold I am now in collections for a charge that I neither made or approved of. The standard answer is "We have Valid Proof". But they will not provide the ip address of the supposed proof or any other information supplying verification that I approved the calls.

How do we get this off my record? I should not have to pay for something I did not authorize. Is it possible they are swiping information?

I tried calling the original number listed who said my account is in collection, they referred me to there merchants credit guide co. Who insists that they have valid proof. And they will not refer me to someone who can actually get this off my record. I am in a big circle here.

I am currently pursuing other options including filing a complaint with the FTC, what other options do I have?
