Ovidiu Cocos I_coulson ripoff Non delivery of Goods Sold

I was approached via an eBay mail form by a person (Vasile Eduard Popa) offering to sell me a digital camera at a very good local price. He assured me it was legitimate and include all costs.

He also gave his (I assume) eBay ID (being I_Coulson) as verification of his history on line eBay selling.
He requested I send him the money via Western Union Money Transfer for the goods, he sent me a copy of a UPS collection docket which showed my shipping details, his details, date of lodgement with UPS and a tracking number to follow the shipment.

Once the money had been transferred (Western Union) it appeared UPS had no record of collection of goods for shipment, but they did have a tracking number, which, apparently can be generated online by anyone!!! Not good UPS!!!
In summation, I lost $627.00, and still no digital camera!
