Victimized a 14 Yr. Old Boy! Then Sent Us a Bill for $174.00!

Alyon Technologies victimized our 14 year old babysitter on Friday night, April 18th.in less than one week, on April 24th, we received a bill from Alyon for $176.00! Not only is the bill outrageous... The due date for payment is in ten days on May 4th.

On the computer the babysitter was using, to look up cool cars and motorcycles with our three little boys, we found Alyon's compressed dialer program and the program that appears after decompression entitled "Internet Sex Provider" with an icon that appears as a lower case "e" with a circle around it.

The information, that Alyon claims the 14 year old agreed to, is in a FOREIGN LANGUAGE! This company is located in Norcross, Georgia, USA... And yet they don't put their online agreement in english?! The reason is purely for deception.

The online agreement was something that was incomprehensible by a 14 year old boy and we find it confusing and unclear as well.

We drafted a "Billing Dispute" letter and mailed it via Certified Mail for proof of delivery, on April 26th. Supposedly, while this case is in review, they claim they will not submit the bill to a collection service.

I am outraged that my young babysitter could unknowingly and so easily access a pornograhpy site without providing proof of his age. Then to top off the crime, Alyon charges us a whopping $176!

I am discouraged to read posts where other victims have stated that the Better Business Bureau no longer accepts claims against this company. I plan to write to my Attorney General, Congressman and Representative about this matter. If anyone is filing a class action suit or needs testimonials from other victims, please contact me for my support.
