Lack of service territory

Because moving to Detroit from North Park in November of I can't get ANY cell support inside a four-block distance of my house; hence, the only path I will acquire support would be to enter my vehicle and push 5 blocks away, playground some where and create my calls.

In the last 2 weeks, I've produced repeated calls to AT&Tis customer support division increasing the calls every time to administration employees. On each event I Have been informed that they can document a plus some kind of motion may happen; nevertheless, my support hasn't enhanced. Actually, if something it's gotten worse.

Consequently, I (again) named AT&T nowadays and mentioned that I had a need to have telephone support within twenty four hours or they had a need to allow me to out-of my agreement as I should not need to purchase something that I am not getting.

However, AT&T stated that they "do not assure protection everywhere", hence, they'll not allow me to out-of my contact. Nevertheless, it isn't like I shifted to some rural farming area. I stay one-block from Lake Michigan within the center of Chicago; consequently, when they cannot assure support inside the four-block distance of my house inside the town edges what choices do I will have???
