The best part is that the campaign has been totally open to me - I have worked with other SEO firms in the past and they don’t tell you what they or doing, or ask for your input - you simply get a report at the end of the quarter detailing “here’s what your rankings were” and “here’s what they are now”. SEOP INC reports twice a month, with transparency every step of the way - extensive reporting and email and phone communication with my Project Manager allowed me to be comfortable that my (not insubstantial) investment was being put to the best possible use.
