I bought gowns for my child from bcbg.com, they didn't match her. After I visited return them, I seen in the little printing no results for sale products. I named customer support to tell them after I was producing the purchase there is no aware of the return policy. She told me that it's on the website, you've to see their guidelines. Quite simply you've to search for the clear answer, they conceal it in tiny printing. I've purchase products before from Pottery Barn which were purchase, before I pressed the ultimate switch and alert got up-to I would like to realize that they'd not be returnable. I can't think the plan BCBG has in position, what occurred to customer support. I had been a faithful BCBG consumer, but I'll not look there again and that I can make sure I allow all my buddies understand to stay away from that shop.
