I find it very hard to fathom why as a customer of TMC for about 18 years, that we will have to wait until Sunday morning to have this rectified. Customer Service tech was apologetic but said unless others in the area report the problem there was little she could do. There seems to be a weak signal in our area but so far no one has reported the problem.
