Today they again requested for that code I terminated and that I could not remember. I talked to some supervisor, they've no code idea issue like the majority of others and therefore I had been myself locked-out and informed it's "national Regulation" I do want to stop my balances pronto and understand they "have me" since I'm under agreement. NO option due to their mistake. I'd like solutions and steps and my code eliminated.
