Bad Service, No Refund!

Infusionsoft had assured that I had been to some specialist to assist me obtain the plan ready to go 24 hours later. You may already know it's challenging to get going using their plan. Nevertheless, per week and 1/2 used to do not get a response till I required a return. Subsequently, and just then, did I obtain a couple of phone including Clate Hide herself encouraging that I'd obtain a return. Well, 2 weeks later I've nothing and just foolish e-mail reactions such as this;
Hi Mike,
I don’t notice where you had been charged in Jan. The only real statement I notice is 12/28/09.
Please allow me to know should you were charged in Jan. And that I will require care of it.

Therefore, I would recommend that should you aren't ready to invest lots of cash together you'll not get support they so guarantee
