Misleading information and terrible customer service

I requested a product on Ace Hardware website. It had been to become sent to a shop. I acquired an email communication informing me the product was delivered of course if it had been to visit a store it "is" in the shop. Went there, no product. Named the Ace Hardware helpline. "Harry" recommended me the email communication Expert sent me was incorrect which nothing might be completed to help me except proceed to get hold of the shop to that the product was to be delivered. No boss was open to talk to with no additional person could be ready to help me, based on Bob.
