Bad customer service Horrible IT department Absolute rip off

I purchased a new case and decided to build it up from there. I purchased all the components from these morons and they said they would put it all together for free. 3 days later they called and said the computer was ready to pick up. I took it home and the cd rom wasn't connected nor would it boot. I took it back and picked it up again (#2). I took it home and none of the fans were working and still wouldn't boot.

Took it back again (#3). I took it home and the case was scratched in 5 places and although it booted... Page faults and dll errors were everywhere, so I took it back again (#4). When I picked it up for the last time, they promised everything was working. It did boot correctly, however it would not play any games because the video card was not installed correctly (XP couldn't fix it). I dropped it off and told them I wanted a full refund. They charged me a 20% restocking fee and a 60$ labor charge for trying to fix it. Trying to fix it... And I had to pay for it. What a load of crap!

I spent a total of 830$ and only got back 707. Corporate vp wouldn't do anything. The vp's name was JR. He said he wouldn't go against the stores manager Carlo Tuzzolino's decision. Getting my money from them only took OVER 1 MONTH

Do not buy from these peoplethey are stupid.
