Hard drive rip off

I had ordered a hard drive by mail from comp-recycle of texas most recently found shipped hard drive not what i ordered, and worse yet defective. I have made several attempts to contact this company and no one answers the phone, in addition the company e-mail is bogus, and the e-mail adress that was used to confirm my order no longer exsists. Since i have seen this complaint by others in the rip-off files, i am taking steps with the us postmaster, texas attorney general, and better business bureau. This is an obviouse scam, and is criminal.
