Ripoff Bogus Billing I was billed for a service that I have never heard of Dallas Texas

I recieved a bill for $40.00 for setting up an account with an online "900"# dialer and I have no "dialers" on my system! My phone blocks all 900#s, and I have never applied for this account! I'm not sure what it is for.
I'm assuming that it is an adult or gambling web site or an offshore communications fraud company. I have sent their statement back to them telling whom ever is in charge that Im will not pay and will sue if worse comes to worse. Beware of Central US Telecom. Beware of all "dialers" they are all innocous repugnant thieves that invade your computer without your knowledge and try to intimidate you into giving them your hard earned $!
