Rip-off! I'm a victim of their fraudulant billing

I was billed by National One Telecom for connecting to a pay web site in Germany. I could not have made the call from my home computer as my entire family was on vacation will the connection supposily took place. The original bill was 29.99. I ignored it because I knew it was wrong.

Any attempt to make contact with someone at National One Telecom has failed. They have added late charges and turned over to a collection agency. I don't know how it could possibly be legal to charge someone for something they didn't do. I guess I may have to contact my attorney.
