Very Bad Service - Unethical Business Practice

Purchased the support in Feb'09 however the set top container came quite late. I had been offerred email-in-refund since I have was one amongst the first clients. But send-in-refund never arrived. When approached customer support I had been informed they did not have my house address to deliver email in discount. How on the planet they might finish my Charge Card running with out my house address on record firsthand. Later when required to cancel the consideration, they declined to stop. I'd to place an unacceptable charge card lastly to end my bill. Really dishonest business training.
