Ripoff unauthorized billing my saving account, refused to pay for the nonsuffient charges unethical practices

I used this company's trial 90 day offer for only 30 days in March. I called them to cancel my account, and they assured me that they could cancel it.

Two months later they unauthorized billed my savings account for $69.99 and the nonsuffient fee for $30.00. Later they refunded the money to my account. That was in 2002.

They did the same billing of my account one year later. This year and I was told that would not pay for the nonsufficient fees the bank charged me. I was told that I would be getting a letter explaining why they were not going to pay the fees.

I sent them two copies of the banks charges with their cancellation number on it and the people that I have spoken with. These are some of the people that I have spoken to: Jennifer id number1669, Heather id number30329, Jimmy id number30337.

I don't have a physical address of aol netmarket and I cannot find the right BBB location to send my compliant about aol netmarket's unethical practices of billing my account without my authorization.
